Description

The hotel is a 5-story structure (ground floor and four floors) with an area of 7500 sq.m.. It has 154 keys and is designed as a 5* (star) rating tourist structure for holidays. The architectural style is modern with minimalistic interior. 

The hotel ground floor is composed of:

• Lobby area that will act as a main gathering point for guests not only during check-ins and check-outs but throughout their stay;
•  160 seats restaurant opened throughout the day offering breakfast, lunch  and dinner services which is connected with the kitchen; 
• Bar with outdoor terrace offering coffee, drinks, cocktails and snacks;
• Indoor SPA including relax room, Jacuzzi, sauna and Hammam;
• Fitness center with exercise and weights equipment;
• Ground floor also includes a technical room, laundry and the administration offices.

The ground floor is connected with the rooms through 3 lifts and stairs.

The hotel consists of 154 rooms of which 116 are standard rooms and 28 are suites spread across four floors. Standard rooms range in size from 20 to 35 sq.m. and suites range from 38 to 50 sq.m.. Each bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower cabin and WC.

The hotel has 37/39 rooms on each of the floors. Each floor has a technical room for the housekeeping personnel.

The external landscape of the hotel includes green areas and outdoor swimming pools. The beach is to be developed to offer sun terraces with parasols and beds and outdoor activities to the hotel guests.

The hotel achieves a score of 662 points according to Hotelstars Union classification, giving the hotel a 5-star rating. The hotel sits well above the 600-point threshold for classifying as a 5-star hotel.

The hotel archives an EU Energy Label A. The hotel has a central air conditioning and ventilation system and solar water heating for higher energy efficiency.
